Rescheduled Meet the Artist Event!
I am happy to be able to share that this exhibition has been extended. The collection of my artwork will remain on display until Sept 30, and we have been able to reschedule the Meet the Artist Reception for Thursday, September 28.
I know that many of you had told me you were planning to attend the August event which, sadly, we had to postpone due to a family emergency for the host. I hope this new date works even better for you! Please help me out by spreading this news to anyone else you know that may be interested in attending. I hope I will get a chance to see you there.
The exhibition will be on display for the remainder of the month. The Gallery and the event are both located at the Jodi Jenkins Design studio at 3146 Carlisle Street, Columbia. During September, a second artist, Barbie Mathis, will also have work on display. It is an honor to share the exhibition space with her.

This is a new commission piece for a dear collector. She gets great photos of gorgeous sunsets on Lewis Smith Lake in Alabama. They are always fun to paint!

This beauty is not quite done yet, but it's getting close! It's a big one at 24x36 inches. Watch for more about this piece in my next New Art alert.
Two big floral commissions are up next. I can't wait!
