What's Up, Duck?
My latest painting is now online!
The head tilt of the duckling makes me wonder just what's on his mind. There's wonderful light in this piece. I am loving learning more about how to paint the light!
I started this piece shortly before my mom passed away unexpectedly. It seems fitting because she collected duck things for several years. So, this one is in honor of her memory. Miss you Mom!!
This piece is on a cradled wood panel with painted sides so a frame is not necessary, but could be easily added.
